An enthusiastic young talent, Niko is a graduate of The Institute of Culinary Education. He has gained valuable experience working under renowned chefs such as Waldy Malouf at Beacon, Jean-Georges Vongerichten at Mercer Kitchen, and Dominic Rizzo at Catch Red Bank. His background in working with these highly reputable chefs has helped him to refine his skills and gain a deep understanding of the industry.
