Our Executive Chef Nicholas Kakounis is a graduate of The Institute of Culinary Education. He trained under Michelin-recognized chefs, including Jean-Georges Vongerichten, and brings that same standard to every plate at our Quinceañera banquet hall in New Jersey.
The cocktail hour features live action stations including an Asian Wok, Carving Station, Pasta Station, and a full Seafood Raw Bar with shrimp cocktail, oysters, and clams.
